Pete Piekarus

Working in the mini crane industry for 11 years, Pete founded AMC - formerly A Mini Crane Hire - in 2009, and was Director for 11 years. Pete’s whole working life has been in the hire industry under the construction sector, and he founded AMC with the idea that it will be a company that continually gets better in everything it does, from the people to the equipment, even to the appearance.

Pete now works as AMC’s Head of Operations, following the seven-figure deal which saw Mark Davenport take over as owner of the company in 2020. Pete’s passion for customer service remains as a pillar for what we do, as he continues to bring vital experience in customer care, safety, project management, engineering and retail to the business.
